Description of Service

AIText Tools provides free AI-powered text tools — such as rewriting, summarizing and grammar correction — with usage limits, and an optional Pro subscription that unlocks higher limits and additional features.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that violates applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the text you submit to the tools and for how you use the generated output.

Intellectual Property

The output generated by our tools belongs to you, and you may use it for any purpose, including commercial use. The website’s design, code, branding and content remain our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Payment and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied with Pro, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated output may contain errors, and we make no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Always review the output before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service, or to restrict access for users who violate these terms, at any time and without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
